The canister is a tube which is filled with certain rods which will only accept a certain type of radiation the rest of space radiation will pass through the object & utilise the pass through for energy production as well as energy saturation. Imagine your monitor with rods through it and then wrapped into a tube, hook it up to electricity & you get a heated liquid crystal rod set, take a heat thermal converter at one end and space Radiation Saturation to electricity. use the ideas of solar panel inclusion to the glass and heat & solar panel production as a streamlined outer LRC Unit would be in full production of energy.
